Our pricing is structured in 30-day increments, with the option to refresh or touch up the staging every month to keep it fresh, current, and aligned with seasonal trends. If the seasons change while your home is on the market, style updates are available so your home always feels polished and appealing.

When your home sells, or if staging is no longer required, we handle the pick-up and removal of all staging items, leaving your porch ready for the new owners.
